Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/O2C Functional Consultant with solid exposure to the Retail industry and SAP S/4HANA implementations.

The candidate will support an SAP S/4HANA retail store rollout, handling configuration, testing, functional specifications, defect resolution and hypercare activities across Order-to-Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure SAP SD for assigned O2C scenarios as per approved solution design.
- Support order management, pricing, promotions, returns, refunds, billing and customer settlement processes.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
- Work closely with ABAP developers during development and unit testing.
- Prepare and execute unit, string and integration test scripts.
- Support SIT and UAT activities and resolve functional defects.
- Validate end-to-end integration between sales orders, deliveries, billing and Finance.
- Support O2C master data including customer master, pricing conditions, promotions and article sales views.
- Support VAT determination, e-invoicing and output determination requirements.
- Maintain configuration,



testing and process documentation.
- Support store cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Coordinate with onsite leads, developers, testing teams and business stakeholders.
- Participate in design and validation workshops and provide functional support.

Mandatory Skills
- 5–8 years of experience as an SAP SD/O2C Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on SAP SD configuration experience.
- Mandatory: At least one complete greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation from design through go-live.
- Strong understanding of O2C processes.
- Experience in retail sales processes such as POS sales, pricing/promotions and returns.
- Experience with SIT, UAT and hypercare.
- Knowledge of pricing and condition techniques, output determination, rebates and revenue account determination.
- Exposure to SAP IS-Retail, SAP CAR and POS DM.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and test scripts.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work with overlap to UAE business hours when required.

Preferred
- SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification.
- Experience with multi-location or multi-country retail rollouts.
- Exposure to Fiori sales applications.
- Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid methodologies, Jira or Solution Manager.

Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA. Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
