Job : SAP OpenText VIM Functional Consultant

Experience : 3-6 Years

Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements for VIM and AP processes.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Configure and customize OpenText VIM within SAP.
- Support end-to-end VIM implementation, enhancements, and production support.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation.
- Perform functional and integration testing and support UAT/go-live activities.
- Conduct workshops and training for business users and stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions comply with business processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications




- 3+ years of hands-on OpenText VIM experience in SAP.
- Experience in end-to-end VIM implementation.
- Solid understanding of SAP AP and P2P processes.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Good understanding of SAP Workflow, DP Document Types, Process Types, ArchiveLink, and OCR/IES (IC4S) integration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred
- OpenText VIM certification.
- Exposure to SAP FI/MM.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5.
- Prior SAP consulting or client-facing experience.
