SAP MDM / Master Data Management Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a MDM person responsible for, maintaining, and governing master data across SAP. The role will ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with defined master data processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage creation of Master data
- Modification & extension of Masters,
- Blocking/unblocking of master data in SAP.
- Maintain Customer, Vendor/Supplier, Material, Business Partner, and other relevant master data.
- Perform data validation and identify duplicate, incorrect, or incomplete records.
- Handle master data requests received through ticketing processes.
- Coordinate with business users for required approvals and supporting documents.




- Support mass data upload/update activities using appropriate SAP tools and processes.
- Coordinate with SAP functional teams such as MM, SD, FI, PP, and WM for master data requirements.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of SAP Master Data processes.
- Knowledge of SAP MDM/SD/FI master data.
- Understanding of Customer/Vendor/Business Partner and Material Master.
- Good knowledge of Excel and data validation techniques.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in IT, Computer Science/ MBA/ BCA/ MCA.
- SAP certification/Training will be an added advantage.
