We are looking for an experienced SAP Lead with robust expertise in MM, PM and WM modules to lead SAP teams, manage complex implementations and deliver technology solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP architecture, integrations and business process optimization, along with proven experience in leading SAP teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the SAP team across MM, PM and WM modules to deliver effective solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver business- oriented SAP solutions.

- Drive bug fixes, enhancements and continuous improvements while ensuring timely delivery.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and alignment with business objectives.

- Oversee integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

- Lead troubleshooting and provide support for critical issues and system performance.

- Maintain documentation related to SAP configurations, processes and enhancements.

- Stay updated with SAP releases, emerging technologies and industry best practices.

- Mentor team members and coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.

- Drive project planning, delivery and change management initiatives.

Requirements





- Experience: 20+ Years Overall SAP Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

- 20+ years of overall SAP experience.

- Deep expertise in SAP MM, PM and WM modules.

- Proven track record of leading and managing modern SAP teams.

- Robust experience working with complex and highly integrated SAP landscapes.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and/or transformation projects.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, configuration and integration.

- Strong project and team management skills with a proven track record.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working in large enterprise or captive IT environments.

- Robust understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience managing complex, highly integrated SAP landscapes.

- Experience in business process re-engineering and change management.

- Exposure to emerging technologies such as RPA, AI and SAP BTP.

- SAP certifications in MM, PM and/or WM will be an added advantage.
