We are hiring an experienced SAP IS-U CRM Functional Consultant (6 to 10 years)

Role Details

- Role: SAP IS-U CRM Functional Consultant
- Position Type: Contingent Worker
- Work Hours: 45 hours per week
- Experience: 6 to 10 Years
- Location: Pan-India Metro Cities
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days max

What you will be working on:
- Designing, configuring, and supporting SAP CRM for Utilities (IS-U CRM) integrated with SAP S/4HANA / ECC IS-U backend.
- Configuring core utility processes including Move-In/Move-Out, Disconnection/Reconnection, Quotation, and Contract Management.
- Managing CRM Interaction Center (CIC / WebClient UI) configurations, account identification, and customer service workflows.
- Leading requirement gathering sessions, translating business needs into detailed Functional Specifications (FS), and conducting fit/gap analyses.
- Ensuring seamless integration and replication of master data and transaction data between SAP CRM and SAP IS-U (Business Partners, Contract Accounts, Point of Delivery, Service Orders).
- Supporting end-to-end testing cycles (FUT, SIT, UAT), defect triage, cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare support.





What we are looking for

- 6 to 10 years of solid functional experience in SAP IS-U with a dedicated focus on the CRM for Utilities module.
- Deep practical knowledge of SAP CRM WebClient UI configuration, business roles, component workbench, and navigation bars.
- Proven expertise in utility front-office business processes (Move-In, Move-Out, Switch processes, Service Requests).
- Strong hands-on experience with middleware data exchange, BDoc monitoring, and replication between SAP CRM and IS-U backend.
- Robust familiarity with touchpoints across IS-U Billing, Invoicing, FICA, and Device Management.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, workshop leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
