Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management Consultant. The consultant will configure, implement and maintain SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management modules, including setting up controls, workflows and monitoring frameworks.

Responsibilities include conducting risk and control assessments, documenting business processes, mapping controls to risks, and supporting compliance initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, perform unit and integration testing, and support user training and change management.



The consultant will also analyze system performance, recommend improvements, prepare functional and technical documentation, and provide ongoing support for audits, reporting and enhancements.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Risk Management, including configuration, implementation and support.
- Experience in enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO standards) and audit methodologies.
- Ability to document business processes, perform risk and control assessments, and translate requirements into SAP GRC solutions.
- Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams, conducting workshops, and supporting testing, training and change management activities.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and quality in deliverables.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certifications in SAP GRC, risk or compliance are an advantage.
- Prior consulting experience and familiarity with multiple industries such as BFSI, Energy, Manufacturing or Technology are beneficial.
