Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Technical Consultant with 9–12 years of experience in technical documentation, data flows, data transformation, source-to-target mapping, and integration requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with functional stakeholders, understanding complex business processes, and translating functional requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications. Experience with SAP Fieldglass, Workday, or other SaaS/HR applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed technical specifications covering data flows, data transformation, and source-to-target mappings.
- Collaborate independently with Contingent Worker Management and functional teams to understand business processes, complexities, and integration requirements.
- Analyze SAP Fieldglass functionality and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Document interface specifications, integration requirements, data mappings, and transformation logic.
- Develop comprehensive work plans and test plans for integration and enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements and technical designs are clearly understood and implemented.
- Review technical specifications and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements.




- Support testing activities and ensure high-quality deliverables before production deployment.
- Contribute to enhancement requests, integration projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 9 years of experience in technical analysis, technical documentation, or integration-focused roles.
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Data Flows
- Data Transformation
- Source-to-Target Mapping
- Interface Specifications
- Integration Requirements
- Ability to independently collaborate with functional teams and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of SaaS application integrations and technical solution design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience conducting and facilitating requirements and design workshops.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliverables in a structured and organized manner.

Good to Have

- Experience with SAP Fieldglass.
- Experience with Workday or other HR/SaaS platforms.
- Experience in the HR / Contingent Workforce Management domain.
- Experience developing integration work plans and test plans.
- Strong understanding of interface and integration documentation.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a highly organized, consultative, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently with functional and technical stakeholders and produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per month
