SAP FICO LEAD

- Bangalore location.

- 10 to 12 years of SAP experience (covering FICO)

- 3+ years as a lead.

- Minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations required.

- Proven experience in migration and integration

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with a solid background in leading SAP FICO implementations and optimizations.

- Expertise in SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).

- Proven experience in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, from blueprinting through to deployment and post-go-live support.

- Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles and controlling processes.

- Strong SAP FICO configuration skills and experience with integration between SAP FICO and other modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.).

- Experience with data migration, user training,



and testing (including UAT).

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills related to SAP FICO issues.

- Experience in leading and mentoring teams of SAP consultants.

- Experience on the custom enhancement

- Project documentation

- Highly competent in the FICO module of SAP S/4 HANA

- Dynamic, result oriented Team Player with intensive SAP

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and expectations.

- In-depth understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls related to SAP FICO processes.
