Role summary

Provide L2/L3 SAP ECC FICO support across finance, controlling, financial close and connected applications.

Must-have skills

- SAP ECC FICO: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Controlling
- Month-end and year-end support
- Functional configuration, defect diagnosis and data correction
- Integration with SD, MM, tax and payment systems
- AMS incident, problem and minor-enhancement delivery

Key responsibilities

- Resolve finance incidents and service requests
- Support financial close and reconciliation
- Analyze cross-module and interface issues
- Deliver approved minor configuration changes
- Support testing, business validation and release activity

Project-specific requirements

- Hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and ability to independently diagnose incidents from day one.




- Willingness to work in the assigned IST/EST-aligned support shift and participate in the defined P1 on-call rotation.
- Robust written and verbal communication with business users, HMH Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, retained technical teams and product vendors.
- Ability to create and maintain runbooks, KEDB articles, RCA records and transition documentation.
- Experience estimating minor changes, supporting testing and validating production releases.
- Ability to support high-priority finance incidents and close-cycle peaks.

Experience coordinating with ABAP, integration, Basis/infra and finance business teams
