? KEY REQUIREMENT

We are specifically looking for an SAP FICO Lead who has strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Parallel Accounting and Non-Leading Ledger configuration.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of Leading Ledger vs. Non-Leading Ledger, ledger configuration, accounting principles, and how parallel ledgers are used for statutory, local GAAP, management, and parallel reporting requirements.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP FICO workstreams across implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support engagements.
- Design and configure SAP Finance solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure and support General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling.
- Lead the design and configuration of Non-Leading Ledger / Parallel Ledger scenarios.
- Understand and configure Leading Ledger and Non-Leading Ledger based on different accounting principles and reporting requirements.
- Support parallel accounting requirements for statutory, management, and local/global reporting.
- Lead Asset Migration activities including asset master conversion, historical data migration, reconciliation, validation, and cutover.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Manage integration with MM, SD, PS, Treasury, Tax, and external systems.
- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Lead and mentor FICO functional consultants and ensure project delivery quality.
- Work closely with global business stakeholders and finance teams.

? Required SAP FICO Skills ✅ 10+ years of SAP FICO experience

✅ Minimum 3+ years in SAP FICO Lead / Manager / Team Lead role

✅ Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance experience





✅ Strong knowledge of:

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Product Costing
- CO-PA

⭐ MUST-HAVE – PARALLEL ACCOUNTING / NON-LEADING LEDGER Candidates must have hands-on experience with:

? SAP S/4HANA Non-Leading Ledger configuration

? Parallel Ledger / Parallel Accounting

? Understanding of Leading Ledger vs. Non-Leading Ledger

? Configuration of multiple ledgers for different accounting principles / GAAPs

? Statutory and management reporting using parallel ledgers

? Ledger-specific postings and reporting

? Understanding of ledger groups and accounting principles

? Integration of Non-Leading Ledger with Asset Accounting and other FI processes

? Experience handling parallel valuation / accounting requirements in S/4HANA

? Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to ledger-specific postings, reporting, reconciliation, and closing

⭐ MUST-HAVE – ASSET MIGRATION

- Experience leading SAP Asset Migration
- Asset master data conversion
- Legacy asset data migration
- Historical values / accumulated depreciation migration
- Asset reconciliation between legacy and SAP
- Migration validation and error resolution
- Cutover planning and execution
- Post-migration reconciliation and stabilization

? Additional Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial closing and statutory reporting
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation / migration
- Solid integration knowledge across MM, SD, PS, Treasury, and Tax
- Experience working with global stakeholders
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams/projects
