Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CDP / Emarsys Consultant with hands-on experience in customer data management and marketing automation.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in SAP Customer Experience, Customer Data, Marketing Automation, or related technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CDP / SAP Customer Data Platform and/or SAP Emarsys.
- Good understanding of customer data management, segmentation, customer profiles, and identity resolution.
- Experience in marketing automation, campaign management, personalization, and customer journeys.




- Hands-on knowledge of Emarsys Automation Center, Segmentation, Campaign Management, and Engagement Channels.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, data integration, and external system integrations.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, lead nurturing, retention, and engagement processes.
- Positive knowledge of data structures, data mapping, and data quality concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
