Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM Service Management, ABAP, OData, and SAP CRM UI development.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, enhancing, and supporting SAP CRM technical solutions, including API integrations and custom developments. The role involves close collaboration with SAP functional teams and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ABAP solutions in the context of SAP CRM Service Management.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, enhancements, forms, reports, interfaces, and related technical solutions.
- Develop and support OData services and API integrations with third-party applications.
- Work on SAP CRM UI development and related customizations.
- Develop and maintain BAPIs, BADIs, IDOCs, and BRF+ solutions.
- Support integration between SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, bugs, and production defects.
- Perform refinement and enhancement of existing SAP CRM objects.




- Translate technical and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in requirement refinement, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP Functional, Microsoft Dynamics, Finance, and Technical Integration teams.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and production support for existing developments.
- Follow development and DevOps processes for bug fixing, enhancements, and release activities.

- Strong hands-on development experience in SAP CRM Service Management.
- Strong understanding of ABAP development and SAP integration technologies.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-premises SAP environment.
