Job Title: SAP-Coupa Integration Consultant (Offshore/Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP-Coupa Integration Consultant to design, implement, and support integrations between SAP and Coupa, with a robust focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and broader supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise across both platforms and a proven track record of delivering seamless, scalable integration solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement SAP-Coupa integrations covering Purchasing, Procurement, and related supply chain processes (e.g., Sourcing, Invoicing, Contracts, Supplier Management)

Work on integration touchpoints such as Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoices, Supplier Master data, and Payment status synchronization between SAP and Coupa

Configure and troubleshoot Coupa's Integration Cloud, CSP (Coupa Supplier Portal), and middleware/connector tools used for SAP connectivity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, supply chain, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration designs

Perform end-to-end testing, data validation, and issue resolution for integration workflows

Support cutover activities, data migration,



and hypercare post go-live

Document integration architecture, mapping specifications, and support runbooks

Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing SAP-Coupa integration landscapes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of total experience in SAP and/or Coupa ecosystems

Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) across Purchasing and Supply Chain modules

Strong understanding of P2P processes: Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoicing, and Payments

Experience with Coupa Integration methods (cXML, JSON, APIs, CSV, Coupa Integration Cloud/Middleware)

Familiarity with SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), and related supply chain functions

Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, or similar) is a plus

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore delivery model with minimal supervision

Flexibility to align with client/onshore working hours as needed

Nice to Have

Coupa certification(s)

Prior experience in a global rollout or multi-country implementation

Exposure to other Coupa modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Inventory)
