GyanSys is looking for an SAP Central Finance Functional Lead to own replication, mapping, reconciliation and solution governance for a global electronic and electrical manufacturing client.

The role goes beyond resolving production issues. You will deliver minor and major enhancements, improve service stability, strengthen controls and documentation, and support future SAP S/4HANA transformation while working with global business and technology stakeholders.

What you will do

- Lead SAP Central Finance production operations, incident resolution, enhancement delivery and functional governance in an AMS model.
- Own monitoring and resolution of complex FI and CO document replication, initial-load and ongoing data-consistency issues.
- Analyze errors in SAP Application Interface Framework and coordinate reprocessing or corrective action.
- Maintain and support master-data and value mapping for company codes, accounts, cost objects, profit centers, business partners and materials.
- Support Central Payment, intercompany, tax, document splitting and reporting scenarios where deployed.
- Reconcile source and Central Finance postings, balances and document relationships and document root causes.
- Lead source-system FI/CO, MDG,



SLT/integration and technical teams through defect resolution and design changes.
- Approve functional designs, mapping specifications, test strategies, deployment plans and operational knowledge standards.
- Support releases, regression testing, month-end readiness and business validation.
- Govern the support backlog, mentor consultants and drive monitoring improvements, error prevention and operational automation.

What you bring

- 7-8 years of SAP Finance experience with substantial SAP Central Finance implementation, rollout or support leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Central Finance architecture, document replication, initial load, mapping, reconciliation and operational governance.
- Hands-on experience with AIF monitoring and resolution of replication errors.
- Understanding of FI/CO documents, Universal Journal and integration with source ERP systems.
- Experience with master-data governance, key/value mapping and cross-system harmonization.
- Exposure to SLT, MDG, Central Payment, intercompany or Group Reporting is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze source-to-target discrepancies and work effectively with technical and functional teams.
- Experience writing functional specifications and completing integration and regression testing.
- Demonstrated leadership of an SAP Central Finance AMS workstream, including incidents, escalations, problems, changes, SLAs and controlled releases.
- Manufacturing finance leadership exposure across multiple plants, legal entities, currencies and source ERP systems is preferred.
