Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist the Production Manager in daily operational tasks and strategic planning efforts.
- Generate and distribute production planning sheets, work orders, and downtime reports to
- ensure all production activities are well-documented.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily production reports, analyzing data to provide insights into performance metrics.
- Execute daily entries in the SAP system for the production department, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Gather and compile production data on a daily basis, supporting effective reporting and performance analysis.
- Accurately track and document production metrics, including PM, breakdowns, downtimes,

scrap, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of new item codes within the SAP system.




- Troubleshoot RF gun issues and liaise with head packers to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Oversee the management of production order components and batches to ensure timely execution of production schedules.
- Prepare and submit service entry sheets to maintain accurate records of services provided.

• Ensure accurate and timely upload of daily production quantities into the SAP system

Job Requirements : •Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience.

- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
