Experienced SAP Ariba On-Demand Downstream Consultant with expertise in implementing and supporting Ariba Buying and Invoicing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Ariba downstream modules, integrating with SAP ERP/S4HANA systems, and supporting procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing (Downstream) solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
- Configure and customize Ariba modules including:
- Ariba Buying
- Ariba Guided Buying
- Ariba Catalog Management
- Ariba Invoicing
- Ariba Procurement Content
- Design and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Configure approval workflows,
purchasing policies, and compliance controls.
- Integrate SAP Ariba with:
- SAP ECC
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP MM
- SAP SRM
- Work with middleware technologies such as:
- SAP CPI
- SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
- Develop functional specifications and support technical teams during development.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP Ariba On-Demand Downstream.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Ariba Buying & Invoicing
- Guided Buying
- Catalog Management
- Approval Flows
- P2P Processes
- Experience in Ariba CIG Integration.
- Knowledge of SAP MM and SAP S/4HANA Procurement.
- Understanding of procurement and accounts payable business processes.
- Experience in data migration and master data management.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
