Field Sales Executive – HVAC | Outside SalesAloft Centralized Cooling Solutions specializes in centralized air-conditioning design, installation, maintenance, repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, field-based sales role involving customer visits and business development within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Visit homes, offices, shops, apartments, hospitals, hotels, industries, and construction sites.
- Identify customer requirements and promote suitable HVAC solutions.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and facility managers.
- Promote centralized AC, VRF/VRV, ductable, cassette, and split AC systems.
- Generate AMC, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, and upgrade opportunities.
- Conduct preliminary site inspections and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with customers, negotiate, and close sales.




- Maintain regular customer follow-ups and develop repeat business and referrals.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate lead/customer records.

Daily Performance Expectations

- Generate 5–8 qualified leads per day
- Complete daily field visit reporting
- Follow up on pending quotations
- Work towards monthly sales targets

Requirements

- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
- Experience in HVAC, construction, electrical, building materials, or field sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and confident in meeting customers
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence
- Own two-wheeler
- Willingness to travel extensively
