Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
Configure and enhance Service Cloud features including Case Management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and Service Console.
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements using Salesforce Service Cloud.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
4+ years of experience configuring and building Salesforce.com solutions
Must have years of Salesforce development experience with solid Service Cloud expertise.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning Experience, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms.
Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices
Strong understanding of Service Cloud processes, case lifecycle management, and customer service operations.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment tools.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred; Service Cloud certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
