Key Skills & Experience

5–9 years of overall development experience with 5 years in Salesforce.

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Communities.

Good knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, HTTP, CSS, and Bootstrap.

Strong Salesforce declarative configuration skills.

Experience with data migration, GitHub/version control, SSO, and ERP integrations.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, user stories, and product backlogs.

Salesforce certifications: Administrator, App Builder/App Developer, and Platform Developer I (PD1).

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce development teams and own technical design and delivery.

Design and implement scalable Salesforce/Force.com solutions.





Analyze functional specifications and user stories and translate them into technical solutions.

Work with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate solutions, risks, benefits, and constraints.

Ensure development standards, code quality, testing, and process adherence.

Manage multiple projects and ensure appropriate team staffing and delivery.

Hire, mentor, and retain Salesforce resources.

Lead Salesforce integrations, data migration, releases, hyper-care, and transition to support.

Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple geographies and business units.
