Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and visualforce.

The candidate will be responsible for leading Salesforce development initiatives, designing scalable solutions, reviewing code, mentoring team members, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce development and implementation projects from requirement analysis through deployment.
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processes.
- Build reusable and responsive user interfaces using LWC and Aura Framework.
- Work with Virtualforce and other Salesforce development/configuration capabilities as required.
- Perform technical design, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.




- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Work with Salesforce objects, data models, security, sharing rules, workflows, flows, and automation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level Salesforce developers.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure development follows Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.

Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Aura Components
- Experience with visualforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Good knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce security and sharing concepts
- Experience with deployment tools and Salesforce release processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team leadership skills
