We are seeking Salesforce Industries (SFI) Engineers to configure, develop, and support Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions powering large-scale transformation programmes. This role requires solid OmniStudio expertise, hands-on CPQ and Order Management experience, and close collaboration with Solution Architects to deliver robust, scalable enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop OmniScripts to support complex business process automation
- Configure DataRaptors for efficient data transformation and mapping
- Create Integration Procedures to connect Salesforce Industries with enterprise systems
- Build FlexCards to deliver dynamic, user-friendly interfaces
- Support CPQ and Order Management processes across the platform lifecycle
- Deliver integrations to enterprise platforms via APIs and middleware
- Support production issues and drive timely root cause resolution
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to align solutions with platform architecture and best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery

- Reports to the Salesforce Practice Lead or Engineering Manager
Work Schedule May require rotational support coverage to address production support activities
