We are looking for a Salesforce Lead Developer with 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Service Cloud Voice (SCV) and Amazon Connect, to take ownership of the existing solution and support the immediate technical transition.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Salesforce Service Cloud, SCV and Amazon Connect.
- Work on IVR, contact flows, queues, routing, skills, callbacks and transfers.
- Troubleshoot SCV/Amazon Connect production issues and integrations.
- Support Salesforce Omni-Channel, Apex, LWC, Flows and integrations.
- Review existing implementation and identify critical technical dependencies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 1+ year of hands-on Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect experience.
- Strong understanding of Omni-Channel and contact-center routing.
- Valuable knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows and APIs/integrations.
- Ability to quickly understand and take ownership of an existing implementation.
