- 5+ years of overall Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Data Cloud and Agentforce.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, calculated insights, and data harmonization.
- Strong experience in Agentforce, AI Agents, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and integrating agents with Salesforce data and business processes.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning, Flows, APIs, SOQL and Salesforce integrations.
- Ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, automation, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
