Experience and Work Arrangement

⁠ ⁠10+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, including several years as an architect on Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud (Vlocity) programs.

⁠Hands-on architecture role involving design, technical review, implementation guidance, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Communications Cloud / Salesforce Industries implementations,

from discovery through delivery.
- Design and govern Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Communications Order Management (COM),

and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Architect OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures,

as the orchestration and data layer.
- Define integration architecture across MuleSoft and API-led connectivity, applying TM Forum Open APIs

where appropriate.
- Design fulfilment and provisioning flows interfacing with OSS/BSS, inventory, and network activation
- Architect Field Service solutions for installation and provisioning journeys where applicable.
- Set technical standards, data models, security models, and DevOps practices; lead design and code reviews.
- Conduct technical discovery with client architects and engineering leads and translate telecommunicationsprocesses into architecture and estimates.
- Mentor onshore and offshore developers and help grow technical capability.
- Support pre-sales and solutioning activities, including effort shaping, architecture proposals, and technical

Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years in Salesforce delivery,



with substantial architecture experience on Salesforce Industries /

Communications Cloud (Vlocity) programs.
- Deep OmniStudio expertise in production-scale implementations.
- Strong telecommunications domain knowledge, including OSS/BSS, order management, provisioning and

activation, and product catalog design.
- Integration architecture experience with MuleSoft or an equivalent platform, including REST, SOAP, and

event-driven patterns.
- Working knowledge of TM Forum frameworks, including SID, eTOM, and Open APIs, with sound judgment

regarding their application.
- Strong Salesforce platform expertise, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, data modelling, governor

limits, and integration patterns.
- Proven experience leading distributed or offshore teams.
- Certifications: Communications Cloud Accredited Professional and OmniStudio Developer or Consultant, plus

Application Architect or System Architect. CTA certification or active pursuit is a solid advantage.

Desirable Qualifications

- MuleSoft certification, such as Integration Architect or Developer.
- Experience Cloud and Field Service architecture experience.
- Exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce, including understanding of how agentic AI can be applied on top of

an orchestrated Industries platform.
- Multi-org or legacy-to-Lightning reimplementation experience.
- Experience delivering UK full-fibre (FTTP) telecommunications solutions

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
