Role Summary

We are seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver impactful onboarding and continuous learning programs for sales advocates. This role ensures new hires and existing employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for sales teams

· Develop immersive and simulation-based learning experiences

· Conduct tool-based and product training sessions

· Collaborate with quality and operations teams to align training with business goals

· Track new hire performance and enable faster time-to-proficiency

· Incorporate gamification and engagement strategies in training delivery

· Provide feedback to improve training content and processes

· Monitor training effectiveness and report results

· Support ongoing skill development through refresher training

Required Skills

· Robust training delivery and facilitation skills

· Experience in sales training within IT or call center environments

· Instructional design and content development capability





· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Analytical ability to assess training effectiveness

Preferred Skills

· Certifications such as MCT, CIPD, NLP (or equivalent)

· Experience with Microsoft products and solutions

· Familiarity with learning technologies and gamification

Experience Required

· 3–6+ years in training, preferably in sales environments

Educational Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required

KPIs

· Time to proficiency for new hires

· Training effectiveness (quality, CSAT, performance metrics)

· Trainee performance at 30/60/90 days

· Feedback from stakeholders

Stakeholder Interaction

· Works with coaches, team leads, and operations teams

· Collaborates with leadership and client stakeholders for alignment

Domain Requirements

· Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement

· Knowledge of Microsoft Azure & M365 services

· Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem is a solid advantage
