- Job Title: Dealer Sales Trainer / Automotive Sales Coach

- Core Purpose: Improve the performance, product knowledge, and selling skills of dealership sales consultants and staff.

- Reports To: Sales Manager or Training Director

Key Responsibilities

- Onboarding: Train new sales representatives on the dealership sales process, CRM tools, and customer handling.

- Product Training: Teach staff about vehicle specifications, features, pricing, and competitive comparisons.

- Coaching & Role-Play: Conduct one-on-one coaching, floor observations, and live role-play sessions.

- Skill Gaps: Analyze performance metrics to identify and fix weaknesses in the sales team.

- Customer Satisfaction: Align training with customer satisfaction index (CSI) goals to improve buyer experiences.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive sales, retail, or corporate training.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

- Skills: Strong public speaking, interpersonal communication, and motivational coaching abilities.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of dealership operations and adult learning methods.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
