Role Description The Sales Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. This role assists the sales team with day-to-day operational support, including preparing quotes and proposals, maintaining sales records and CRM data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client inquiries. The specialist helps manage customer communication, follows up on leads, tracks order status, and supports post-sale activities to promote customer satisfaction and retention.





Responsibilities also include generating basic reports, analyzing sales trends, supporting documentation and presentations for client meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes across MayaVerse’s service lines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, for internal coordination and client interactions.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales Operations skills to manage CRM entries, documentation, sales tracking, and coordination of proposals and orders.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support performance reporting and process improvement.
- Relevant skills such as basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, familiarity with CRM tools, and strong organizational and time management abilities are beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field, and prior experience in sales support or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
