The Sales Support Specialist ensures accurate quotation management, efficient sales operations, CRM hygiene, reporting, and coordination across Sales, Logistics, and Management. The role requires speed, precision, and strong process discipline. All customer-related support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Quotation & Order Management

- Prepare and send accurate quotations; complete UAT based on RC and pricing changes.
- Track RFQs and ensure timely follow-up.
- Process orders with accuracy in SAP; close outdated SOs (>3 months).

CRM & Lead Management

- Maintain accurate CRM entries for leads, opportunities, and item types.
- Use CRM for all RFQs; coordinate with Sales to close invalid opportunities.
- Update weekly/monthly opportunity data (SO amount, status).
- Call existing CRM customers to generate sales.

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare timely management reports.
- Monthly TAT report for RFQ cycle time.
- Analyze unrealized quotations and reasons for loss.
- Opportunity vs Pick & Pack analysis to identify trends.

Pricing & Data

- Update RC pricing weekly.
- Maintain and update customer and sales databases.





Customer Coordination - Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

- Coordinate with logistics for deliveries and stock updates.
- Ensure a consistently positive customer experience.

Revenue & Conversion Support

- Support conversion of 3rd-party inquiries to RSolv products.
- Ensure invoicing aligns with payment terms; track past dues.

Team Support & Training

- Train junior staff on quotation accuracy and speed.
- Support onboarding of new sales team members.
- Handle urgent escalations and participate in cross-functional initiatives.

Process Optimization

- Suggest and implement process improvements.
- Ensure team adoption of recent tools and workflows.
- Resolve urgent requests within defined timelines.

Skills & Requirements

- Working knowledge of SAP & CRM systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English, Telugu & Hindi (written & verbal)
- High accuracy, speed, analytical ability, and strong coordination skills

Experience

- - Minimum of 2 years in this field.
