Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based at TBZ - The Original’s store in Noida.

The Sales

Staff member will welcome and assist customers, understand their requirements, and guide them in selecting suitable jewelry pieces.

Responsibilities include presenting product features and pricing, explaining certifications and guarantees, and supporting customers throughout the sales process, including billing and packaging. The role involves maintaining store displays, ensuring stock is properly arranged, and adhering to visual merchandising standards.

Staff member will also handle basic customer queries, support promotional activities, and work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets while delivering an attentive and respectful customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in upselling, cross-selling, and working towards individual or team targets.
- Explicit verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with confident presentation and listening abilities.
- Basic numerical and computer skills to manage billing, POS systems, and inventory records accurately.
- Attention to detail and an interest in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail, with a willingness to learn product features and certifications.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, including weekends and peak festive or wedding seasons, as per retail schedules.
- Prior retail or jewelry showroom experience is an advantage; a high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
- Professional appearance, integrity, and a commitment to providing a respectful, inclusive customer experience.
