Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Chennai , Bangalore , Coimbatore cochin and Hyderabad and focuses on driving business growth for NVGL Group’s logistics solutions.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct sales presentations, and promote end-to-end logistics services across key industries. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely follow-up to close opportunities. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing service inquiries,



and coordinating with operations teams to align solutions with client needs.

The Sales

Specialist will contribute to local market development, participate in sales reviews and training sessions, and support ongoing improvements in sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Sales expertise in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B environments.
- Sales Management skills, such as forecasting, reporting, and contributing to sales strategies.
- Ability to work on-site in your said location and travel locally as needed for client meetings.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
