Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Gorakhpur.

The Sales

Representative will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate AIS WINDOWS products and solutions. Daily tasks include explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales. The role involves visiting project sites, coordinating with installers and internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The Sales

Representative will also maintain records of inquiries, sales, and customer feedback, and support basic showroom and display maintenance as needed.

Qualifications





- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present suitable product solutions.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written communication in relevant local languages and English.
- Basic knowledge of building materials, construction, or fenestration products is preferred; willingness to learn product specifications and technical details.
- Ability to work on-site, visit customer locations, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Comfort with basic computer use, including email, spreadsheets, and maintaining digital records of inquiries and sales.
- Prior sales experience in retail, building materials, hardware, or related sectors is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2); a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Self-motivated, ethical, and professional approach to work, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

Salary

Upto 15,000/month + travel allowance (Depending upon the qualifications and merits)
