Role Overview We are seeking an energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Representative to join our Electric Vehicle (EV) showroom. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary brand ambassador, welcoming walk-in clients, explaining technical and cost benefits of EV models, conducting test drives, and guiding buyers seamlessly through the purchase and financing process.

Key Responsibilities Greet prospective customers professionally, assess their vehicle requirements, and deliver comprehensive product demonstrations. Present features, battery range, charging solutions, maintenance advantages, and government subsidies clearly and persuasively. Address customer hesitations, negotiate trade-ins or pricing options within showroom guidelines, and close sales effectively.

Schedule, coordinate, and supervise customer test drives while ensuring vehicle safety. Maintain showroom vehicle displays, promotional stands, and product literature in pristine condition. Manage customer inquiries via phone, social channels,



and walk-ins; record leads and follow-up activities in the showroom CRM/lead register.

Coordinate with internal finance, RTO, and delivery teams to ensure timely vehicle handovers.

Qualifications Experience: 3 to 5 years of retail sales experience specifically within automobile or EV dealerships.

Communication: Fluent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional Language], with solid active listening and negotiation skills.

Professional Presentation: Polished, executive grooming and a confident, poised showroom presence.

Work Ethic: Punctual, disciplined, highly self-motivated, and dedicated to achieving monthly unit sales targets.

Interpersonal Skills: Courteous demeanor, exceptional customer relationship management, and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Demographic Preference: best experienced candidates preferred.

Compensation & Perks Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month (based on prior EV sales track record). Tiered sales commissions per vehicle closed. Continuous product training on emerging EV technologies.
