We are hiring a Sales & Service Engineer with 3–5+ years of relevant experience in rotating equipment service sales.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Explore and develop recent business opportunities

▪️Generate qualified leads and drive sales conversions

▪️Conduct customer visits to identify technical needs

▪️Handle the sales cycle from initial enquiry through order completion

▪️Work closely with technical teams to deliver the right solutions

▪️Identify market opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

✔️3–5+ years of experience in technical sales or service sales

✔️Proven experience in electromechanical or rotating equipment service sales

✔️Strong technical knowledge of electric motors, generators and rotating machinery





✔️Experience in B2B sales, lead generation and client relationship management

✔️Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

✔️UAE market knowledge and existing industry connections will be an advantage

✔️Ability to generate new business opportunities and independently close sales
