Sales Executive – Women’s Clothing

We are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Executive to join our women’s clothing retail store.

About the Role The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience in women’s clothing, particularly sarees, suits, or readymade women’s wear.

We are looking for someone who is active, outgoing and customer-focused, with the ability to confidently approach walk-in customers, understand their requirements and help them select products.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively approach and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customers’ preferences, requirements and budget.
- Recommend suitable sarees, suits, readymade outfits and other women’s wear.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and fashion sense.
- Build a good relationship with customers and provide excellent service.
- Confidently communicate with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain an organised and attractive store display.




- Support day-to-day sales activities inside the store.

Requirements
- Previous experience in women’s clothing sales is mandatory.
- Experience with sarees, suits or readymade women’s clothing is preferred.
- Must be confident, active and extroverted.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should be comfortable approaching customers proactively.
- Should have a genuine interest in fashion and women’s clothing.
- Open to candidates of all adult age groups.

What We’re Looking For We want someone who doesn’t simply wait behind the counter for customers to ask for help. The ideal candidate should be proactive, energetic and comfortable initiating conversations with customers, while focusing on providing a outstanding shopping experience and generating sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
