Position Summary

We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Sales Quality & Performance Analyst to join our Contact Center Sales team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate sales calls, identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, and take ownership of coaching and supporting agents to improve their performance.

The role goes beyond traditional quality monitoring and checklist-based call auditing. The Sales Quality & Performance Analyst will evaluate the overall effectiveness of customer interactions and identify why a sale was won, lost, or could have been handled better.

The role will involve listening to sales calls conducted with Indian customers in both English and Hindi and evaluating areas including communication, rapport building, probing, product presentation, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and compliance.

The successful candidate will convert quality observations into actionable coaching interventions and work closely with the Sales Manager, Team Leaders, and Trainers to improve individual and overall team performance.

Experience and Qualifications





· Graduate preferred.

· 3–5 years of relevant experience in telesales, sales quality, sales coaching, contact center quality, training, or a similar role.

· Prior experience in evaluating sales calls is strongly preferred.

· Candidates with successful experience as a Telesales Agent, Team Leader, Sales Coach, Trainer, or Sales Quality Analyst will have an advantage.

· Experience in a high-volume telesales or direct sales contact center workplace is preferred.

Working Hours The position will operate on a rotational shift basis:

· Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

· Shift 2: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM The candidate should be comfortable working in either shift based on business requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
