Job Overview

We are looking for an aggressive and result-oriented Project Sales Manager with strong experience in road safety products, highway projects, chemical paints/coatings, and project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop business and generate sales opportunities across Delhi & North-East regions.

Build and manage relationships with NHAI, PWD contractors, highway contractors, and project stakeholders.

Meet Purchase Heads and key decision-makers to understand requirements and close projects.

Conduct product presentations and client meetings.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Develop and maintain a strong project sales pipeline.

Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate business.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in project sales/business development.

Experience in Road Safety, Highway Road Safety, Chemical Paints & Coatings, Construction Materials or related industries.

Robust existing network with NHAI/PWD contractors; candidates should be able to provide key client/contractor references.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong field sales and business development orientation.





Candidates from any North-East state/region are eligible.

Position: Sales Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Location: As per business requirement

Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with experience in construction, chemicals, paints, road safety or construction-material products. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management and developing the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new customers and business opportunities through field visits.

Handle end-to-end customer/client interactions for company products.

Develop and maintain the sales pipeline.

Identify project and contractor requirements and generate leads.

Conduct regular client meetings and product presentations.

Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and industry stakeholders.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Requirements

2–3 years of sales experience in Construction, Chemicals, Paints, Road Safety or Construction Materials.

Strong field-sales and business-development approach.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to independently manage customer interactions and follow-ups.

Willingness to travel extensively for client and project meetings.
