Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Order Management Analyst to support Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, ensuring accurate order processing, compliance, and data validation. The role involves managing Data Notifications, Compliance Tickets, Third-Party Approvals, and non-revenue activities while meeting SLA and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and validate Data Notifications (DN) as per governance and SLA guidelines.

- Manage Compliance Tickets and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies.

- Initiate, track, and follow up on Third-Party Approval (TPA) requests until closure.

- Handle non-revenue activities including entitlement updates, data corrections, and system maintenance.





- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure first-time-right processing.

- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Order Management, O2C, or Sales Operations.

- Knowledge of compliance and data validation processes.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, Siebel, or CPQ (preferred).

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a hybrid setting and support global shifts.
