Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, B2B account logistics, delivery route planning, and farm operational alignment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales, farm production, drivers, and corporate clients to ensure seamless daily operations across multiple districts.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Management &
- Route Planning: Export daily customer delivery data, finalize district counts, and design optimized delivery routes across regions using digital tools. Color-code packing lists to highlight custom packs, add-ons, and subscription statuses for farm operations.

- B2B Account Execution: Manage relationships with key accounts (hotels, cafes, supermarkets). Coordinate weekly availability, process Purchase Orders (POs), generate accurate invoices, and ensure timely Friday order dispatches with signed delivery confirmations.

- Logistics &

- Delivery Driver Management: Assign daily porters and delivery partners, monitor on-time execution, and calculate weekly driver payouts based on distance and delivery volume.

- CRM &

- Data Administration:



Keep Zoho Bigin pipelines strictly updated. Log completed subscriptions, customer sample data, and renewal leads into central tracking sheets.

- Farm Ops &

- Inventory Alignment: Coordinate weekly harvest availability with farm teams, manage recipe card generation, and audit packaging inventory (boxes, sleeves, collateral) weekly.

- Customer QA &

- Communication:Send automated feedback and quality-check templates, handle issue resolution during weekly ops meetings, and post updates to customer community channels.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 1 year of experience in Sales preferred. Freshers can also apply.

- Software Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho Bigin), Google Sheets/Excel, and AI productivity tools (ChatGPT for route/content generation) is a plus.
