Role Overview We are looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates for the Sales Officer – Home Loan position. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, lead generation and supporting the home-loan sales process. 12th-pass candidates are also eligible if they are comfortable with field sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits and direct customer sourcing.
- Identify potential customers for Home Loan products.
- Meet customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Develop relationships with customers, builders,



connectors and other lead sources.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Candidate Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Maximum age 33 years.
- Field Sales experience preferred.
- Candidates willing to work in field sales can also apply.
- Home Loan experience will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates who can join within 10–15 days preferred.
