About the Role

Onwords Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit Executive / Sales Audit professional to oversee sales-related audit processes, ensure compliance with internal procedures, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement across the Sales Team.

The role will involve conducting various audits, reviewing sales activities and transactions, preparing audit reports, tracking observations, and working closely with the Sales and Management teams to ensure adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the audit relationship with the Sales Team and monitor performance against defined targets and budgets.

Conduct regular audits of sales processes, activities, and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Handle key processes within the Central Audit Team, including:

Call Audit

DS Conduction Audit

VC Audit

Orders Audit

Assist in developing and completing audit programs and conducting audit fieldwork.

Prepare and maintain accurate audit working papers, observations, comments, and recommendations.

Develop audit scope and perform internal audit procedures based on business requirements.

Prepare detailed internal audit reports highlighting findings, process gaps, and recommendations.

Conduct follow-ups to ensure corrective actions are implemented and audit observations are closed within the required timelines.

Identify process deviations, operational risks, and compliance gaps within the Sales Team.

Assist in audit issue trend analysis and prepare periodic reports for management.

Support departmental process improvement initiatives and internal quality assurance activities.





Work closely with Sales Managers and Team Leads to improve process adherence and operational efficiency.

Assist in managing team resources and identifying development opportunities for audit team members.

Support day-to-day audit operations, including *staffing, recruitment, training, and team development.

Maintain proper audit documentation and ensure all audit records are accurate and up to date.

Provide regular reports to management on audit findings, compliance levels, recurring issues, and improvement areas.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of internal audit, sales audit, and process audit.

Experience in auditing sales calls, customer interactions, visits, and orders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to identify process gaps and deviations.

Good report-writing and documentation skills.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales and Management teams.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools.

Strong follow-up and monitoring skills.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Sales Audit, Process Audit, Quality Audit, or a similar role.

Experience in a Central Audit Team or Sales Operations Audit will be an added advantage.

Candidates with experience in Call Audit, DS Conduction Audit, VC Audit, and Orders Audit will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
