? Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers through field visits and direct sales.
- Generate leads and convert them into Current Account & Savings Account customers.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant banking products.
- Achieve assigned monthly business and acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with branch and internal teams for smooth account opening and activation.
- Regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers.

? Preferred Candidate
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant sales experience.




- Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
