**Silky Smooth, a lingerie and innerwear manufacturing company based in Ghaziabad, is looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to help us expand our B2B client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current B2B leads for our lingerie and innerwear manufacturing business.
- Identify potential Indian and international brands, retailers, wholesalers, and buyers.
- Find and connect with brand owners, purchasing managers, sourcing managers, and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Introduce our manufacturing capabilities and generate genuine business enquiries.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into meetings and potential orders.
- Maintain a database of prospects and regularly update lead status.
- Research new markets and identify potential clients for private-label and OEM manufacturing.

What We’re Looking For





- Previous experience in B2B lead generation, sales, business development, or marketing.
- Experience in apparel, lingerie, innerwear, garment manufacturing, or fashion will be preferred.
- Strong LinkedIn and online research skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently identify and approach potential clients.
- Candidates with an existing network of brands, buyers, retailers, or sourcing professionals will have an advantage.
- Most importantly, you should be target-oriented and capable of consistently generating new leads.**
