We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing travel and tourism team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by designing custom travel packages, managing client inquiries, and executing digital and field marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of converting leads into memorable vacation bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations

- Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to incoming B2C and B2B travel inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Itinerary Planning: Design, curate, and customize domestic and international holiday packages tailored to client preferences.
- Vendor Coordination: Partner and negotiate with hotels, airlines, and local destination management companies (DMCs) to secure competitive rates.
- Documentation Guidance: Guide clients seamlessly through booking procedures, visa requirements, and travel insurance policies.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and running local marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and corporate travel presentations.
- Digital Presence:



Collaborate with content creators to promote tour packages across social media channels and email newsletters.
- Market Analysis: Monitor travel industry trends, competitor pricing, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities. [1, 2]

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven sales or marketing experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
- Education: Degree in Travel & Tourism Management or IATA certification is preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in travel CRM systems, major B2B travel portals, or basic global distribution systems (GDS) is a plus.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and own two-wheeler for local corporate visits or field marketing tasks if required.

Pay: ₹9,977.10 - ₹33,766.56 per month
