Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with robust knowledge of the East Delhi hospital and healthcare market.
Responsibilities
- Generate patient referrals and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, TPAs and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits across East Delhi.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, OPD and healthcare packages.
- Develop and maintain doctor/referral networks.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Track market activities and competitor trends.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Hospital/Healthcare Sales & Marketing experience.
- Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of East Delhi hospitals and healthcare market.
- Existing doctor/clinic/hospital network will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good negotiation and business-development skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates who have worked in hospital sales, healthcare business development, referral marketing or doctor relationship management. Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
