Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities across key industrial sectors, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and supporting end-to-end sales cycles. Daily activities include customer visits, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up on cases and delivering to the back office team.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business goals,



participate in industry and provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activities. The position requires proactive engagement with customers, timely response to enquiries and consistent representation of the company’s value proposition.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing for developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and presentation.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills for lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Relevant experience in industrial product sales or B2B marketing is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, travel to client locations and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in power/ energy sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with solid numerical and analytical abilities.
