Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company’s infrastructure services.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations to close contracts.

The role involves field visits, client meetings, and participation in industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, present solutions, and support deal closure.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate sales and marketing is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, conduct client visits, and manage local market activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for reporting and pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
