Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Marketing Engineer role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and qualifying industrial customers, presenting battery solutions aligned with their power requirements, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing technical and commercial proposals, engaging in customer meetings and product demonstrations, and coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery.

The Sales Marketing





Engineer will also support marketing campaigns, maintain sales documentation and CRM records, provide post-sale support, and contribute feedback to improve product positioning and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities for understanding industrial power requirements and identifying opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for customer interaction, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills for lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals in technical or industrial markets.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills for supporting campaigns, creating collateral, and positioning battery solutions effectively.
- Relevant engineering background (electrical, electronics, or related field) and familiarity with industrial battery technologies are highly beneficial.
- Experience in B2B or industrial sales, proficiency with CRM tools, and strong organizational skills are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate within a diverse, inclusive team environment.
