- Team Management:
- Lead, train and manage a team of Sales Executives / Officers
- Set daily/weekly/monthly targets for the team
- Motivate team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Daily field reporting and performance review
- Sales & Business Development:
- Increase sales of LED Lights, Home Appliances and other products
- Appoint recent Dealers, Distributors, Retailers and Electricians
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers
- Achieve area-wise sales targets and collection
- Market Activities:
- Conduct market survey and keep track of competitor activities & pricing
- Plan and execute promotional activities, schemes, and displays
- Ensure product visibility in retail counters
- Reporting:
- Submit daily sales reports, dealer visit reports and payment follow-up reports to management.
