About B-Lite

B-Lite is a differentiated nutrition product developed by Zaara Biotech, designed as a compact meal replacement and nutritional solution powered by algae-based technology.

The product is positioned for applications across institutional buyers, airlines, defence, industrial workforces, healthcare, schools, corporate wellness and other large-scale nutrition programmes.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of B-Lite, with a strong focus on B2B, institutional sales and channel development across Kerala and South India.

What you’ll do

1: Own B-Lite’s sales growth across B2B, institutional, up-to-date trade, HORECA and export channels

2: Build and manage distributors & super-stockists

3: Develop institutional partnerships across corporates, hospitals, schools, defence & government programmes

4: Drive modern trade, e-commerce & quick-commerce channels

5: Negotiate and close retail/chain listings

6: Manage margins, trade schemes,



collections & distributor performance

7: Support GCC/export opportunities

8: Build and lead the sales team as the business scales

What we’re looking for

1: 5–10 years in FMCG / Nutraceutical Sales

2: Strong distributor & channel management experience

3: Proven experience appointing distributors and closing modern-trade listings

4: Health foods, nutraceuticals, packaged foods or wellness experience preferred

5: Strong distributor/retail network in Kerala or South India

6: Understanding of margins, trade schemes & working capital

7: GCC/export exposure is an advantage

8: Willingness to travel

9: Own vehicle & valid driving licence

10: Fluent in English & Hindi
