We are looking for motivated sales professionals to manage and develop our Insurance Advisor network and drive Motor Insurance business.

Job Summary

We are hiring Sales Managers to drive Motor Insurance business through the Agency Channel. The role involves recruiting and managing Insurance Advisors, generating business, improving advisor productivity, developing the market, and achieving assigned sales targets.

This is a Work From Home sales role requiring solid communication, relationship management, and target achievement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Motor Insurance sales through the Agency Channel.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage Insurance Advisors / Agents.
- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Insurance Advisors.
- Motivate advisors to improve sales performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular calls and virtual meetings with advisors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the advisor network.
- Monitor advisor performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Support advisors in achieving their business targets.
- Maintain regular sales reports and performance updates.
- Ensure quality customer service and improve customer retention.




- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business objectives.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, General Insurance, Motor Insurance, or Agency Sales.
- Experience in Agency Channel / Insurance Advisor Management will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant insurance sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Willingness to manage advisors through phone calls and virtual communication.
